Jayasurya starrer Malayalam movie Captain released today 16 February 2018. The biographical sports drama film got good reviews from audiences. The film is written and directed by Prajesh Sen in his directorial debut.  Anu Sithara is a female lead of this film and also features Renji Panicker, Siddique, Deepak Parambol, Saiju Kurup and Lakshmi Sharma in the supporting roles. The movie is helmed by T. L. George of Goodwill Entertainments and the music is composed by Gopi Sundar.

Story

The film is based on the life of former Indian football captain VP Sathyan.The story becomes intense and interesting as V.P.Sathyan who, owning a good career history, committed suicide in 2006 and made it a national sensation. The story behind it will be uncovered all along the film.
