65th National Film Awards 2018: Sridevi and Vinod Khanna awarded posthumously!

The 65th National Film awards 2018 announced on Friday by jury head Shekha Kapur. Two icons of Bollywood, Sridevi and Vinod Khanna have been awarded posthumously. Sridevi bags Best actress award for the film Mom, and it it is her first National award. Vinod Khanna who passed away last year, has been awarded Dadasaheb Phalke Award, India’s highest film honour. Amit V. Masurkar’s Newton won the Best Film and AR Rahman won Best Music Direction for director Mani Rathnam's Kaatru Veliyidai. Baahubali: The Conclusion won Best Popular Film, Best Action and Best Special Effects.
