The actor had shared a pic with Director Mani Ratnam in his social media handler and commented 'Wait and watch a surprise is coming. As per the message, it seems the actor will be part of the movie.
‘Ponniyin Selvan’, is one the most ambitious project of Director Mani Ratnam. The movie will be based on the Tamil period novel. The movie has a stellar star cast which includes Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Keerthy Suresh, Jayaram, and Amala Paul. The movie is expected to kickstart by next year.
