REVIEW
The film is a fun family entertainer with a perfect blend of humorous narrative and interesting characters.
Happy Bhag Jayegi is by far the best film of director Mudassar Aziz. The film is a brave attempt from his quill.
Diana Penty, Abhay Deol, Jimmy Shergill, Ali Fazal and Momal Sheikh have done justice to their respective roles. Their performances are the high points of the movie. Though Diana Penty maybe be playing the titular character, it’s the men who actually rock the show.
Diana Penty has improved a lot from her debut movie Cocktail. Piyush Mishra, who plays the role of a Pakistani cop, is funny. Abhay Deol mesmerised the audiences' with his comic timings. He acts serious when things get serious and gets funny when things are out of his control.
The camera angles and visual effects are very normal. The pace of the film is steady but slows down during the second half that might get you bored for a while.
