STORY

Jimmy played by Asif Ali is a volleyball player and have a team. Vattathil Bosco played by Narein is managing the other team. Jimmy falls in love with Bosco’s sister Jasmine (Anju Kurian) also Bosco has an eye on Jimmy’s sister. Saiju kurup, a police officer is not in good terms with Jimmy. The movie is about Bosco and Jimmy, their efforts to fulfill their love.

Liju Thomas and Thomaskutty who made the short film Ramanichechiyude Namathil tried a great attempt to bring a family entertainer.

Biju Menon, Asif Ali and Narein are the central characters of the movie. Asif Ali have done a matured performance as Jimmy. Biju Menon as Minnal Simon impress the audience with flawless comic timing but he appears only in the second half. Narein also suits well to the character Vattathil Bosco. Anju Kurien done a decent job bringing required charm to her character. Lena as a businesswoman also delivered good performance.

Rest of the cast including Balu Varghese, Sudhi Koppa, Sunil Sukhada, Bindu Panikker, Ganapathy and Dinesh Prabhakar have done their part well.

Screenplay jointly written by Thomas and Martin Duro have done an excellent job. Cinematography by Shenad Jalal is good. Editing by Sunil S Pillai did well in the second half but could have better in the First half.

Overall, Kavi Udeshichathu is a decent entertainer and has its own elements, more it focuses on comedy elements.
