How the lives of these four characters change in a matter of a few days with an interesting incident forms the crux of the story.

REVIEW: Director Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is known for his unique story lines and out-of-the-box films. Even through the story line is simple, the screenplay changes the game and twists are introduced periodically.

Mohanlal played his character well. His emotions and body language are superb in the movie. Viswant portrays his character well and is a talent to watch out for in the future. Gautami as a middle class wife is perfect.

Like most people in regular life, Mohanlal is shown here taking “hand loans” from colleagues, becoming selfish when an opportunity comes to become a manager from assistant manager. This greediness lands him in a big trouble and when he comes to know the condition has gone out of hands, the way Mohanlal repents, and goes through emotional upheaval are presented beautifully.

Background music by Mahesh is impressive. Editing is apt and the different story lines have been woven nicely through an interesting screenplay. Dialogues are excellent.

Chandra Sekhar Yeleti took a simple story line and made it thrilling is just amazing. Manamantha is a unique family thriller which amazes you completely.
